Chesapeake Energy – Downtown Fort Worth

Design/Build Interior Renovation of a 72,000 Square Foot Office including Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Doors & Windows, Drywall, Acoustic Ceilings, Paints, Flooring, Specialties, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Chesapeake Energy required an expedited turnaround of this facility in downtown Fort Worth. Diversified Construction collaborated with professional architectural and engineering consultants to complete the design for this project. The building is longer than a city block, and the street actually passes through the building. Diversified completed demolition of the interior of the upper floor and accomplished the high-end finish in less than 5 months.
