This project involved extensive utility work before the construction of the building could take place, to accommodate a restaurant and hotel being planned on the adjoining property. Diversified produced this high-end quality retail center in a prominent area near I-40 and MacArthur Boulevard. The project required extensive utility/site preparation due to planned development on adjoining property, earthwork, grading, excavation/fill, soil treatment, erosion control, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, thermal & moisture protection, insulation, doors & windows, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, flooring, paints, specialties, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. Diversified also completed some tenant finish work after the main project.
