The scope includes stripping of topsoil, clearing and grubbing, site grading, electrical service, water service, concrete sidewalk, concrete handicapped parking area, wheel stops, pavement markings, signage, amphitheater (gravel bedding, floor drains and piping, steel reinforced concrete retaining wall and slab, benches, handrails, plywood and welded steel video screen). Bermuda sod and associated incidental work/appurtenances.
